This policy explains how classes, enrolments and payments can be cancelled at EduSpark Bangladesh, and when a refund is available.
Free trial class
- The first trial class is free of charge and carries no obligation to enrol.
Missing or rescheduling a class
- One-to-one classes: let us know at least 12 hours before the class and we will reschedule it at no extra cost (up to 2 times per month).
- Group classes: a missed group class cannot be rescheduled, but class notes and practice sheets will be shared.
- If EduSpark cancels a class for any reason, it will be rescheduled or credited to the next month.
Cancelling an enrolment
- To stop classes, inform us at least 7 days before the next monthly payment date. You will not be charged for the following month.
- Classes continue until the end of the month that has already been paid for.
Refunds
- The admission fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of a paid month and have attended no more than 2 classes, the remaining classes for that month will be refunded.
- Approved refunds are made within 7–10 working days through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad or bank).
Changing teacher or batch
- If you are not happy with a teacher or batch, contact our student care team. We will try to arrange a change before any refund is considered.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Call or email us with the student's name, class and payment reference. Our team will confirm your request within 2 working days.
